Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage global master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate with the Data Governance and Data Quality teams to stay aligned with the latest business processes, policies, and rules.
• Ensure data quality by identifying and correcting inconsistencies and maintaining proper documentation and evidence.
• Understand the impact of data entry on end-to-end business processes, particularly in FMCG.
• Handle master data requests and updates in SAP systems.
• Provide prompt and well-documented responses to data-related issues and inquiries.
• Deliver knowledge transfer to users to resolve data issues and promote best practices.
• Support business analysts by ensuring data integrity for accurate reporting and analysis.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data validation, reporting, and analysis.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience as Master Data Analyst or Business Analyst or any relevant work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes, preferably in manufacturing (FMCG), logistics, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial data structures is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Office 365
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work depending on the time zone of the covered region if required.
