Dealer Relation Supervisor

Responsibility:

• Perform monitor, report and customer complaint for call and web survey monthly.
• Create dealer standardization (audit dealer facility, dealer identity & backdrop).
• Support other task in Network & CS Enhancement Dept.
• Analyze market trends and dealer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure dealers comply with company policies, and if necessary, take appropriate corrective action to address non-compliance.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is typically required.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in dealer relations, sales, or account management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in managing a network of dealers and partners is highly desirable.
• Have good communication skill, analytical thinking, creative thinking, and innovative.
• Willingness to travel as needed to visit dealers and attend industry events.
