• Create designs for social media & E-commerce purposes
• Create concepts, design, and design content in the form of Websites, Social Media, Catalogs, Banners, Layouts, etc.
• Create images & videos for publications, story telling
• Do Company Branding
• Active in developing creative ideas and having new innovations in creating designs following trends and developments of the times

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Technical Skills

• Mastery of basic design principles, such as composition, typography, color, and layout.
• Manual and/or digital illustration skills.
• Understanding of branding design, social media, and promotional materials (posters, banners, etc.).
• Knowledge of design file formats and file preparation for print or digital.

2. Design Software Proficiency

• Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are a must.
• Basic knowledge of other software such as CorelDRAW, Canva, or Figma is a plus.
• Understanding the basics of 2D animation or interactive design using After Effects or similar software (optional).

3. Creativity and Aesthetics

• Ability to produce original design ideas that are in accordance with client needs.
• Have a portfolio that demonstrates design skills and style.
• Sensitivity to the latest design trends.

4. Communication Skills

• Able to understand briefs from clients or superiors.
• Ability to convey design ideas and concepts clearly.
• Open to feedback and able to make revisions as requested.

5. Experience and Portfolio

• Work experience (minimum 1–2 years) or freelance/design projects during college.
• Portfolio containing work in various design formats (branding, posters, illustrations, etc.).

6. Soft Skills

• Time management skills to complete projects on time.
• Working in teams and individually.
