Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Each day, you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor. You will also showcase your expertise by reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels. The work model for the role is: #On-Site This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Tangerang. You will be mainly accountable for: • Conducting all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including the packing where integrated with production lines. • Performing work manually or by using light hand tools. • Carrying out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process. • Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications for the role

• Technical high school with experience in electric panel wiring for MV or LV for 1 or 3 yr
• Experience in conducting all types of assembly work to produce a switchgear panel
• Experience in operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area
• The job may include regular wiring quality continuity testing as part of a defined production process. The skill set required depends on the type of products and level of complexity
• Experience in using light hand tools and assembly machinery
• Understanding of schematic, single-line diagram and good mental and physical health
• Good communication skills in English
