Digital Marketing Assistant

Gardens of the Sun is on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Assistant to help us amplify our voice on Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, and beyond. Beyond managing platforms, you’re the glue that brings together our creative vision and ensures it shines across social media.

You’ll Work Closely With

• A manager who creates the content schedule
• A copywriter who crafts all the captions and scripts
• A graphic designer who handles complex visuals
• Our CS team to gather client stories and reviews
  
  

Your role? Pulling it all together and making it happen - from scheduling posts to creating IG Stories. We’re also counting on you to help us double down our Pinterest presence, the platform where our jewelry gets the most love and drives the most traffic. You’ll dive into our treasure trove of photos, videos, and content stored in Google Drive and on our website, getting to know our brand from the inside out and sharing what you’ve learned to grow our fanbase.

Main Responsibilities

You’ll assist the Marketing team with increasing visibility and recognition - both local and global - of the Gardens of the Sun brand.

Tasks Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Publish content for our social media platforms in collaboration with our Marketing and CS Teams (execution only)
• Organize content plans, schedules, and calendars
• Publish and schedule IG stories, Reels, and posts (IG @gardensofthesun and @gotsvip) based on briefs, copy and input from the Marketing team and UGC
• Publish and schedule TikTok (@gardensofthesun) and Facebook posts (Insider Group)
• Schedule Pinterest pins
• Research, collect, and organize marketing ideas
• Establish and maintain media partnerships and public relations to cross-sell and promote our brand
• Networking with relevant media partners to promote our brand (internationally) and showroom (locally)
• Pitch GOTS stories to journalists and media partners
• Set up chatbot campaigns to increase engagement, build community, boost website traffic and increase sales
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and Visuals team on creative content for marketing campaigns, social media, and the website
• Help with other marketing duties and special projects as needed

Requirements

• You have a knack for visual storytelling – familiar with basic graphic design or content creation tools, you can whip up simple yet eye-catching visuals that align with our brand style.
• You get the details right – you don’t half-ass anything or let little things slip through the cracks, you always double-check your work.
• You are a tech savvy self-starter, ready to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the task done, and will communicate and collaborate to achieve your to-do list.
• You love to work with a team of visual content creators to come up with content ideas and schedule them in advance, making sure to mix up the formats and themes to keep things fresh.

Benefits

Working arrangements: Full-time on-site, 40 hours/week

Salary range: Rp3,000,000-4,000,000 depending on experience
