Job Description: District Manager (Central Java)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Manager to oversee our operations in Central Java. The District Manager will be responsible for managing branch performance, driving business growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading a team to achieve company targets. This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of the financial services industry (preferably peer-to-peer lending/fintech), and a deep understanding of the Central Java market.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and business performance across assigned districts in Central Java.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve loan disbursement, repayment, and customer acquisition targets.
• Manage and motivate branch/area staff to ensure productivity, compliance, and excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, communities, and regulators.
• Monitor portfolio quality, including repayment rates and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and internal company policies.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in financial services, banking, microfinance, or fintech/P2P lending.
• Strong knowledge of the Central Java market and local business environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance in Indonesia (especially OJK rules).
• Willing to travel within Central Java as needed.
