Job Description

  • SG/PR.
  • Relevant job experience in oil and gas/offshore/construction/marine industry required.
  • Freelance/Contract/full time position available.
  • Manage project document flows between client and users in strict accordance with security requirements.
  • Support system users to ensure understanding of system and process requirements.
  • Maintain document archives – Both electronic & Hard Copy while ensuring all recordsmanagement activities adhere to good practices, policies and legal requirements.
  • Control issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of document registers.
  • Liaise with vendors for projects and distribute project related documents with the project team and relevant external parties.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to document control process and procedure.
  • Ensure that documents are managed in strict confidentiality and conformity.
  • Generate various document control reports as and when required.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to the Team.
  • Assist in general office administration.
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Document Controller.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated team player who is result oriented and independent.
  • Be well organized and systematic.
  • Possess good communication and coordination skill.
