Kualifikasi

  1. Usia maksimal 40 tahun
  2. Pendidikan Minimum Diploma (D3) jurusan Teknik Elektro atau yang setara.
  3. Pengalaman 5 tahun sebagai Drafter CAD dibidang MEP ( Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing )
  4. Memiliki kemampuan untuk menghitung kebutuhan material yang tertera dalam gambar seperti BOM/BOQ
  5. Dapat membuat gambar dari sketch tangan kedalam CAD
  6. Bisa mengoperasikan Autocad,Corel Draw, Sketch up, Etabs dan Microsoft Office
  7. Memiliki kemampuan mendesain gambar 2D/3D Autocad, Isometric Drawing, Layout & Detail Drawing, Shop Drawing dan Asbuilt drawing
  8. Menyusun Bill of Item untuk scope MEP project
  9. Mampu bekerja secara tim dan dibawah tekanan
  10. Siap ditempatkan di lokasi Proyek
  11. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh indonesia

Job Description

  1. Melakukan survey lapangan dan membuat sketsa gambar instalasi
  2. Membuat gambar layout, isometric dan detail drawing
  3. Membuat shop drawing, asbuilt drawing
  4. Membuat breakdown material menjadi BOQ/BOM
  5. Membuat draft proposal dan project berjalan (Khususnya As Built Drawing)
  6. Membuat Draft desain MEP dengan software gambar.
  7. Bekerja sama dengan PIC engineer dan proyek selama proses konstruksi.
  8. Mempelajari Gambar kerja berdasarkan BQ dan Gambar Forcon
  9. Memastikan gambar kerja yang sudah Approval sampai ke lapangan
