The Role
As An E-commerce Support Associate, You'll Be The Go-to Person For Our Customers, Providing Stellar Support And Solving Problems With a Friendly, Professional Attitude. You Will Use Your Expertise To
- Handle all customer communication through various channels (email, chat, phone).
- Answer questions and resolve issues ranging from order tracking to product returns.
- Efficiently manage customer support tickets and maintain clear records.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and policies to deliver a consistent experience.
We're seeking a dedicated individual who meets the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a remote customer support role, ideally within e-commerce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, or other ticketing systems is a strong advantage.
- A high degree of empathy, patience, and attention to detail.
