Responsibilities
Preferred Requirements
- Carry out the timetable of classes assigned by the STM
- Give lessons to the highest standards of English language teaching
- Be familiar with all courses of study at the center
- Prepare lessons and equipment in advance for all classes.
- Be in class 5 minutes before starting time. Test equipment before class starts.
- Use audio / video materials in classes. Expose students to the technology used in current courses
- Develop and use suitable supplementary materials as necessary
- Maintain student and class records. Administer, correct and record the results of progress reports, tests and assessments
- Be responsible for students' welfare and progress.
- Inform students of center safety and behavior policies
- Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site Cooperate with the CD and STM in ensuring the constructive communication and efficient operation of the center
- Continually strive for self-development and attend regular developmental meetings with the STM
- Maintain student and class records
- Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students Conduct or assist in demo (trial) lessons as assigned
- Carry out teaching related responsibilities including, but not limited to demonstration classes, LIFE Clubs, tutorials, seminars, presentations, and center social events

- College/University graduate
- A recognized TEFL qualification or equivalent (International teachers only)
- Computer literate (Proficient in MS Office Package)
- Evidence of committal to professional development
- Experienced in teaching all age groups
