• Analyze and provide feedback on training effectiveness and outcomes.
• Oversee all training administration to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Present annual training outcomes to stakeholders with insightful evaluations.
• Continuously assess training programs to identify opportunities for enhancement.

Job Requirements:

• A background in hospitality is essential for understanding our unique training needs.
• At least 3 years of experience in training within the hospitality sector.
• Must reside in Semarang or Central Java.
• Proficiency in identifying training needs and developing targeted programs.
• Comfortable with various training approaches, including workshops, on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching.
