  • Responsible for driving the sales of DataOn's solutions and products.
  • Achieve sales targets while expanding market share.
  • Create and implement plans to target enterprise clients and achieve revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and set goals for the sales team to meet targets.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers, offering tailored solutions.
  • Oversee all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, using CRM tools.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion to meet financial targets.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Focus on maintaining client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the target industry, preferably with large companies (B2B).
  • Proven expertise in sales project management, with the ability to oversee the entire process from opportunity identification to successful closure.
  • Demonstrated success in securing large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
