  • Collaborating with the Event Conceptor team to explore and develop creative, relevant event concepts that align with Harian Kompas' values and philosophy, aiming to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identifying the latest trends in the Event Industry to create innovative concepts.
  • Analyzing client and audience needs to deliver relevant events.
  • Working closely with the Event Conceptor team to design the event blueprint.
  • Collaborating with the Editorial team, Sponsorship team, and other departments to ensure consistency and maintain the value of Harian Kompas events.
  • Evaluating event success based on feedback and event KPIs.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event development or the creative industry, preferably on a large scale.
  • Passionate about the Event Industry and its evolving trends.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
