Field Collection Officer (Jakarta)

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Field Collection Officer to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in our collections efforts, working closely with our customers to resolve outstanding payments and maintain strong relationships. This position is essential in supporting the overall financial health and sustainability of our business.

What you'll be doing :

• Conduct field visits to customers' premises to collect outstanding payments in a professional and courteous manner
• Negotiate payment plans and arrangements with customers to resolve debts
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and payment activities
• Provide timely status updates and reporting to the collections team
• Identify and escalate any complex or problematic cases to the management team
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Foster positive and productive relationships with customers

• At least 2 years of experience in a collections or customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services or telecommunications industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage a diverse portfolio of customer accounts
• A results-driven approach and commitment to achieving collection targets
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
