Join our team at Palembang LPG Plant, and take a leading role in ensuring the safety, integrity, and reliability of our plant assets. As a Field Operator is responsible for executing field operations of the LPG plant safely and in accordance with standard operating procedures. Ensures production targets are achieved during the shift while maintaining equipment reliability and operational integrity. — we want to hear from you!

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the relevant industry
• Understand HSE policies and report any potential hazards.
• Responsible to the Shift Production Supervisor for any work performed.
• Understand, follow and implement company regulations
• Maintain, use and care for all company equipment and facilities to keep them in good condition and ready to use.
• Carry out special orders from direct superiors for the benefit of the company.
• Implement and comply with HSE policies

• Start-Up and Shutdown Procedures Training

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate the LPG plant safely and efficiently in accordance with SOPs to achieve production targets during the 12-hour shift.
• Execute plant startup procedures following established SOPs.
• Perform normal and emergency plant shutdown activities.
• Monitor field operations and equipment conditions, fill in log sheets, propose equipment improvements, and prepare equipment for maintenance.
• Carry out instructions from supervisors related to plant operations.
• Understand and implement HSE policies and report any hazards or potential dangers.
