We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax professional who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team in the fast-paced FMCG industry. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of financial processes, accounting standards, and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of finance, accounting, and tax functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage tax reporting and ensure timely submissions to tax authorities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure accurate reporting and audits.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders for financial coordination and reporting.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or tax—preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to communicate with regional counterparts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
