Finance Administration (Part-Time)

What You Will Do:

• Prepare draft invoices in Xero and generate tax invoices (Faktur Pajak) in Coretax.
• Collect withholding tax (PPh) receipts from customers.
• Analyze customer payment trends to optimize the collection process.
• Identify and propose solutions to minimize financial leakage.
• Assist in tax registration and compliance for Qiscus Singapore and Malaysia.
• Review and improve internal finance processes to enhance efficiency and eliminate redundancies.
  
  
  

What You Will Bring to the Role:

• Currently pursuing or holding a diploma/bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in finance administration, accounting, or bookkeeping is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial software, especially Xero.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of tax regulations, particularly in Indonesia (knowledge of Singapore/Malaysia tax is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
