We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance & General Admin Officer to help support our day-to-day operations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working across accounting, HR support, and general office admin.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks (journal entries, petty cash, bank transactions).
  • Process staff reimbursements and prepare payment documents.
  • Register and update BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan for employees.
  • Support monthly tax reconciliations (PPH 21, PPN, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate financial and admin records.
  • Perform ad-hoc office administrative duties such as:
  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinating couriers, vendors, and event logistics
  • Supporting HR documentation and staff onboarding
  • Filing, scanning, and organizing company documents


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax and social security (BPJS).
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero) is a plus.
  • Well-organized, dependable, and proactive.
  • Willing to support a variety of office tasks as needed.
