JOB DESCRIPTION

Finance & Accounting Support

  • Assist in preparing and updating financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Record journal entries and maintain transaction recaps with accuracy.
  • Provide data and analysis to support KPI tracking and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Finance & Accounting team to fulfill various reporting and administrative needs.


General Affairs & Operations

  • Support procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, order processing, and quality control.
  • Manage inventory and conduct stock op-name for merchandise and office assets.
  • Assist in preparing office and event-related needs, such as merchandise and logistics.
  • Present budget vs. actual cost analysis, especially for merchandise and event-related spending.


Administrative Coordination

  • Provide administrative support and coordinate tasks across internal teams.
  • Assist with other reporting tasks and ad-hoc assignments with guidance from the team.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Based in Jabodetabek
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (minimum GPA 3.0).
  • Strong communication skills, eager to learn, proactive, and a good team player.
  • Highly detail-oriented — accuracy really matters in this role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial tools like Jurnal.id is a plus.
  • Comfortable handling both administrative and operational responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in administrative or support roles is a plus, but not required.
