Finance Intern

Qiscus is an AI-Powered omnichannel platform which helps businesses embrace the new expectations of excellent Customer Experience (CX) through the ability to engage in timely conversations at scale. The finance position will play a critical role to ensure overall financial related functions and its procedures are well-tracked and highly organized. We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our finance operations, particularly in the areas of invoicing and documentation. This role will provide hands-on experience in financial administration, invoicing processes, and taxation documentation while working closely with our Finance Team.

What You Will Do

• Create and input postpaid invoices into the system
• Check the completeness of supporting documents for each invoice.
• Verify invoice calculations to ensure they align with the agreed client pricing.
• Prepare and maintain records for Faktur Pajak submissions.
• Send invoices and supporting documents to clients via email.
• Maintain records for hard copy invoice submissions.
  
  
  

What You Will Bring to the Role:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing and finance processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
