Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in Chinese as a working language.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial management and tax management.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Accounting and Bookkeeping: Responsible for daily accounting tasks, including reviewing original vouchers, preparing journal entries. Timely preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data.
• Tax Management Responsible for various tax filings, such as withholding tax, VAT, and corporate income tax, ensuring tax compliance. Stay updated on changes in tax policies, carry out tax planning effectively, and reduce tax costs for the company.
• Expense Control Review expense reimbursement documents to ensure legality and reasonableness, managing daily company expenses. Analyze cost expenditures, provide optimization suggestions, and assist in cost-saving initiatives.
• Asset Management Manage the company’s fixed assets, conduct regular inventories, and update the asset ledger. Handle additions and disposals of fixed assets, ensuring consistency between records and actual assets.
• Other Tasks Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
