Financial Accounting and Tax Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all financial records.
• Manage and oversee tax department, finance department, and accounting department.
• Plan, organized and control process of finance and accounting within deadline.
• Manage the company's cash flow and ensure optimal utilization of funds.
• Implement and maintain internal controls.
• Manage the accounting team, including training and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and tax laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Certified in Tax Brevet A/B will be an advantage
• Proven Experience in handling Finance, Accounting & Tax
• Minimum 8 Years of Working Experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax
• Minimum 3 Years in Managerial Level
• Team Work Attitude with Good Interpersonal Relationship Skills, Self Motivated, Resourceful, And Creative Problem Solver
• Possess Good Leadership Skills: Able to motivate staff, to mentoring and train as well as set a good example
• Proactive, full of initiative, high integrity
• Result and detail oriented, with high accuracy & strong analytical skill
