Job Description

  • Create flavour compounds according to customer request as per required standard
  • Responsible for accurate compounding for material components which, include mixing, filling, packing and labeling jobs.
  • Correct identification of different chemical material components and final products
  • Check and ensure the finish products are according to required standard prior shipments
  • To overcome that any problems that will arise during the production process
  • Continously review and improve the laboratory area, housekeeping, ensuring always organized, clean and safe working place.

  • Implementing GMP, HSE Programs, ISO programs and any standard required by company
  • Supporting the quality management system
  • Working on developing the Hertz Flavors priorities, strategies, goals and brand


Job Qualification

  • Educational background at least Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Agrofood Technology or related field.
  • Having experience in ISO 9001, ISO 22001, HACCP, would be preferable
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in relevant manufacturing work sector
  • Preferably specialized in daily production operations
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Fluent in english, both oral and written
