Freelance Host Livestreaming

Role Overview :

At BASE, we are building the future beauty company by bringing the beauty experience to the next level in Indonesia. The E-commerce Team is looking for an Host Live Streaming, to support us in building out good sales.

The best candidate will be extremely passionate about the live streaming industry, beauty enthusiast and have a good knowledge of the strategy on how to deliver products and attract the attention of live audiences.

You will have a challenger mindset, finding creative ways to grow BASE’s share of voice & organic reach in line with our values, positioning, and objectives, while being equally creative in defining ways to measure impact.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for hosting live streams on Shopee, TikTok and/or another channel min. 5 hours/day on flexible days and times.
• Promoting and selling products by actively encouraging existing and new customers through live stream session
• Delivering product knowledge and all promos
• Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets as a contribution to driving revenue
• Analyzing and evaluating the result of live streams performance data
• Creating interesting strategies/activations based on trends

• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Experience as a live stream host is a plus
• Beauty enthusiast, have a good knowledge of skincare
• A confident and chatty individual with a cheerful and positive personality
• Skilled in delivering products and attracting the attention of live audiences
• Fast Learner, creative and result-oriented person
• Capable to work with target
• Able to work flexibly (WFO, shifting day & time) and able to join ASAP
