Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, develop, and maintain relationships with fresh (fruits, vegetables, and meat) suppliers all over Palembang, Prabumulih & Baturaja.
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support business objectives.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
  • Oversee the ordering process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to delivery or quality.
  • Stay informed about market trends, supplier developments, and pricing changes to make decisions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as fresh buyer or merchandising are preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
