Grand ESKA Hotel & Suites, is part of ESKA Group as a leading service company which exceptionally experienced in beauty, wellness and hospitality since 2008. We are currently seeking a strong candidate as Front Office Manager.
> Oversee and manage the front desk operations: This includes guest check-in and check-out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries.
> Monitor front office performance metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
> Manage reservations and room assignments: Oversee the reservation process, optimize occupancy, and ensure accurate room bookings.
> Maintain high customer service standards: Ensure guests have a positive experience throughout their stay, from arrival to departure.
> Manage budgets and ensure compliance: Monitor front desk supplies, inventory, and financial records.
> Develop and implement customer service policies: Create and implement policies that enhance the guest experience.
