Quality Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for drive quality improvement program, customer complain root cause, corrective /preventive action, and preparation of internal quality audit plan and coordinate customer QMS/ Q process questionnaire respond and perform internal audit to shopfloor.

In your new role, you will:

• Defines, develops, deploys, maintains, reviews, and audits a Quality Management System and systematic processes, methods considering standards, customer requirements, develops policies, procedures, and methods to verify product, material components reliability along the whole value chain, and operational quality improvements.
• Develops and implements strategy programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing, planned future technologies, packages, products, services, as well as for a proactive quality services for internal and external customers, focus employees on quality mindset and a sustainable quality culture including a healthy deviation culture.
• Responsible for driving and executing Quality systems in the project/change management process, line engineering, FMEA deployment, and sustaining continuous improvement.
  
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
• Understand basic quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D report, Why-why analysis).
• Experience 1-3 years or fresh graduates are welcome.
• Understand basic ISO QS900 or IATF16949.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolve them quickly.
