As a Frontend Developer at Antikode, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing web and mobile interfaces. Your main focus will be to build user experiences that are consistent, responsive, and aligned with design standards, while maintaining scalable and maintainable code quality.

Job Descriptions

  • Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and responsive code.
  • Develop web/app interfaces using Next.js, React, and supporting frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, shadcn/ui).
  • Integrate with backend APIs (REST/GraphQL) developed by the Backend team.
  • Ensure application performance, accessibility, and SEO.
  • Perform code reviews, linting, and enforce frontend best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with designers (Figma tokens, design system) to maintain UI consistency.
  • Support QA processes by fixing bugs, writing unit/integration tests, and ensuring stable releases.
  • Contribute to improving engineering processes (CI/CD, automation, observability with SonarQube/Sentry).
  • Adopt AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) to boost efficiency in coding and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in frontend development (exceptional fresh graduates also considered).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js/Next.js.
  • Strong knowledge of TailwindCSS or other styling frameworks.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Bitbucket/GitHub).
  • Basic knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Cypress) is a plus.
  • Understanding of API integration (REST/GraphQL).
  • Ability to work in cross-division teams (FE, BE, Mobile, QA, DevSecOps, SAA).
  • Proactive in communication, problem-solving, and providing feedback.
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptive to new tools and technologies, including AI adoption.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Basic understanding of backend technologies (Laravel, Go) for smoother integ. ration.
  • Experience with Shopify Hydrogen for headless e-commerce development.
