About the role

As a Fulfilment Responsible Specialist (Printing and Packaging) at 广东高义包装科技股份有限公司, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of printing and packaging solutions to our valued clients. This is a full-time position based in Malvar Batangas PH, where you will be responsible for overseeing the fulfilment process and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the end-to-end fulfilment process for printing and packaging orders, from order receipt to final delivery
  • Coordinating with the production team to ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Analysing and reporting on fulfilment metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Implementing and maintaining efficient inventory management processes
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
