The GIP participants will support projects across functions like Marketing, Product, Operations, and Growth, while learning directly from experienced professionals in the industry. It’s an opportunity to develop practical skills and discover what it’s like to be part of the Garena team.

As part of our dynamic team, you’ll take on high-impact projects that shape the future of our gaming ecosystem. Depending on your role and expertise, you may contribute to:

• Marketing: Drive user engagement through creative campaigns, partnerships, and brand-building initiatives.
• Product: Develop innovative features, enhance user experience, and deliver products that players love.
• Growth & Monetization: Design and execute strategies to grow our user base and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Other Strategic Projects: Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives that address key business challenges and support company growth.

• Undergraduate (5th semester and above) or postgraduate students currently enrolled in a degree program.
• Fast learner with strong critical thinking and sound decision-making skills.
• Passionate about gaming — not just playing, but understanding what makes it thrive.
