General Service Officer

Job Description Summary: Manage and support General Affairs administrative operations, including employee claims, office supplies and uniform administration, petty cash management, vendor billing, facility and event support, documentation control, and implementation of quality management systems to ensure smooth and compliant business operations Job Description:

• Conduct work / checks and administration of employee claims related to GA: Transport, Perdin, Eat, claim the driver. etc
• Conducting uniform administration administration / APD / print and ATK can run on time to support the smooth work activities
• Maintain Petty Cash GA and Accountability to Finance Accounting expenses
• Conducting administrative work on billing of office facilities and vendor bills associated with GA
• Ensure facilities for meeting, training and other special events can be well served (Provision of snacks, meals)
• Responsible for ensuring all reporting and administration documents are accurate, neatly arranged, accessible and confidential
• Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC System)

Job Requirement:

• Minimum graduated High School or equivalent
• Having experience at least 1-2 years
• Willing to be located at Medan
