As a Graphic Designer, you'll play a vital role in bringing our brand to life through compelling visuals. Your creativity and design skills will be instrumental in designing engaging content across various platforms, from print materials to digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and Execute compelling and effective designs for print and digital media: posters, flyers, menu cards, menu book, etc.
2. Responsible for executing end-to-end coordination and production of all digital designs with external vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality print outputs.
3. Manage and oversee petty cash for print-out activities, ensuring accurate tracking and allocation of funds for all printing-related expenses.
4. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
5. Design across all digital channels of communication; social media, shop decoration, paid ads, etc.
6. Create & Execute all design digital channels collaterals for Event in & out store.
7. Conceptualized and create design briefs for approval to managers / team members.
8. Work closely and proactive with cross-functional team members within a fast-paced environment.
9. Has a strong point of view and great execution that will help shape design planning and strategy.
10. Manage e-commerce weekly campaigns and day-to-day activities.
11. Understand the basic value of marketing strategic knowledge.
12. Ability for video editing and UI/UX is a plus.

Qualifications:

1. Has 1-3 years of prior industry experience in graphic design for brands, events or exhibitions;
2. Has good internal and external agency management skills;
3. Fluency in English and Indonesian as working closely with both Regional & domestic team;
4. Min. Diploma in Visual Communications, Digital Fine Arts, Event/Exhibition Design or related disciplines;
5. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects & Premiere Pro;
6. Has good knowledge of creativity;
7. Has a keen eye for detail, and takes nothing short of the highest standards;
8. Is a cultural savant who is able to work comfortably and efficiently across different cultures, religions, backgrounds, and cities;
9. Is able to work under highly collaborative but high-pressure environments with tight deadlines;
