Growth Hacker & Organic Marketing Strategist (Al-Driven)

You're a Fit If You :

- Have scaled personal brands (founders, creators, coaches) through content that converts.

- Have experience launching or growing YouTube channels and podcasts (or can lead the right freelancers to do so).

- Know how to pitch podcasts, build connections, and create win - win collaborations.

- Are hands on with Al tools and know how to move 10x faster without sacrificing voice or clarity.

- Care about purpose driven content and want to help someone make a real impact at scale.

You'll Focus On :

- TikTok : Hook testing, trend jacking, value first short form

- Instagram : Reels, carousels, community engagement

- LinkedIn : Thought leadership, emotional storytelling, credibility

- YouTube :

- Shorts : Repurpose power hooks and aha

moments

- Long form : Build structured content (solo or with. guests) for authority and retention

Podcast Strategy :

- Outreach to aligned podcast hosts to get Tarkan featured

- Develop roadmap for launching Tarkan's podcast format, branding, strategy

- Funnel : Every platform points back to a clear call to action → website, habit platform, or coaching

Scope & Setup :

- This is a project based role, starting with a 90-day growth sprint.

- You'll be responsible for strategy, content systems, Al workflows, influencer outreach, and early podcast planning.

- If there's strong alignment, we're open to evolving this into a long-term leadership position.
