What You’ll Be Doing

As a Generalist Growth Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing strategies. From content creation to performance analysis, you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of growth marketing.

Here’s what your day-to-day might include:

• Content Creation & Management: Draft engaging blog posts, emails, and social media content that resonates with target audiences.
• Social Media Management: Schedule, monitor, and optimize posts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Performance Marketing Support: Assist in managing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
• SEO Research & Execution: Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and analyze web traffic.
• Email Marketing: Create and manage campaigns in tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot to engage and nurture leads.
• Data Analysis: Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to suggest innovative marketing approaches.
• Collaboration: Work with design, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Skills & Tools You’ll Need

Necessary Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot).
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
