Role
- Leading the Team: The role involves leadership, ensuring that the team aligns with the AMAN brand's mission, purpose, and values.
- To plan, organize, direct, and control overall front office operations and administration of Front Office departments
- Guest Communication (pre-arrival, during stay, and post-stay) – Guest Experience (Tours, private classes, and reservation in any activity) - in accordance with the Aman and Amandari standard
- To ensure smooth and professional operations in an attentive, friendly, efficient, and courteous manner
- Building strong relationships with colleagues to maintain a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Responsible manage and ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office Department
- All work and information, particularly regarding guests, is considered to be confidential and this confidentiality must be maintained at all times
- To control the Front Office Operating Budget and expenses to ensure all Front Office projects and activities
- The candidate should be creative, outgoing, and possess strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Experienced minimum 2 years in the same position
