Head IT Infrastructure

• Design and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Manage and monitor the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software.
• Ensure the company's cybersecurity through adequate policies, systems, and training.
• Manage the IT department's budget efficiently and ensure optimal use of resources.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and users to ensure smooth operational activities.
• Collaborate with other divisions to identify technology needs and provide relevant solutions.

Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership position in an IT department.
• Experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, data security, and technology system development.
• Ability to design and manage enterprise IT strategies, including infrastructure management and software development.
• Expertise in large IT project management and implementation of technology solutions that support the business.
• Experience in IT team management, including human resource management and professional development.
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends, such as cloud computing, big data, and cybersecurity.

Sertification :

• IT-related certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, PMP, or other technical certifications are a plus.
• Certification in IT project management or leadership is an added advantage

Skills :

• Experience in designing and managing scalable and secure enterprise IT systems.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Ability to lead and manage large IT projects from planning to implementation.
• Mastery of software solutions, cybersecurity, and data analytics to support company operations.
• Strong leadership with the ability to effectively motivate and manage IT teams.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with management and non-technical teams in planning and implementing IT solutions.
