As the Head of Content, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand vision to life through compelling content. You will manage a talented team of videographers, editors, photographers, and social media, guiding them to create engaging content for our various brands. Your creativity and strategic thinking will drive our social media presence, ensuring we connect effectively with our audience on every single platform we use.

Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire the content team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brand’s vision and goals, ensuring a consistent and captivating narrative across all platforms.
- Creative Development: Generate and pitch creative concepts and ideas for content that highlights the unique offerings of our beach clubs, restaurants and more.
- Content Production: Oversee the production process of major projects, including creating storyboards, shot lists, and managing timelines from pre-planning through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with Managers’ briefs.
- Brand Storytelling: Translate our brand vision into compelling visual stories that engage and inspire our target audience, enhancing the customer experience at FINNS.
- Cross-Platform Integration: Tailor content for various social media platforms, understanding the nuances of each to maximize engagement and reach.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor content performance metrics and utilize insights to enhance future content strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in marketing/creative roles, ideally within the F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or tourism sectors.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work across video, photography, and digital content, demonstrating your ability to create captivating narratives.
- Content shooting and editing skills
- Deep knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
- Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for detail, capable of transforming concepts into visually stunning content.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across divisions and departments.
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail in selecting visuals.
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Great level of English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work on public holidays and weekends where required.
- Quick to learn and adapt to new software tools (e.g., NetSuite, monday.com).
- Highly independent and proactive, with strong creative skills and a deep understanding of brand identity.
