Job Description

  • Responsible to monitoring and controlling activities in the branch, including sales, operation, finance, and administration activities
  • Review and analyze all activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine branch progress toward stated goals and objectives
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Monitoring and evaluating the achievement of sales targets
  • Responsible for the performance of subordinates to achieve the target
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with existing and potential customers
  • To oversee, implement and monitor team sales activities according to the assigned accounts and market coverage
  • Cover of all areas of Sumatra

Qualifications

  • Willing to be placed in Muara Enim – South Sumatra
  • Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in any discipline from reputable university
  • Minimum 5-10 years of working experience in similar position
  • Good knowledge of Sales & Marketing Process
  • Established network of customers and business relationship
  • Strong leadership, persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrate sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to join as soon as possible
