Job Description
- Increase hospital revenue gain through measurable strategies focused on various market segment promotions.
- Ensure that all sales marketing team members effectively fulfil their roles, focusing on optimising the distribution of promotional materials.
- Identify & act on opportunities to increase revenue targets.
- Represent the hospital in dealing with third parties: follow up on partnership & marketing offers that could increase the patient visits.
- Analyse the cost-efficiency and benefits of sales marketing projects and hospital packages
- Coordinate with other hospital divisions to organise promotional events, propose attractive packages, and maintain high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Foster positive interdepartmental relationships through effective communication and collaboration, enhancing overall operational efficiency and ensuring cooperation across departments
Industrial experience in leadership sales marketing roles in the health-care sphere. Experience in insurance preferred.
