Persyaratan :

  • Minimal Gelar sarjana
  • Pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai Host Supervisor / Leader dalam operasional live streaming
  • Pemahaman mendalam terhadap kategori produk tertentu (Furniture/Home Living)
  • Mampu bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan tim

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:

  • Mengatur jadwal, mengoordinasikan tim, dan memastikan sesi live berjalan lancar.
  • Memberikan arahan, pelatihan, dan motivasi kepada host agar performa mereka maksimal selama sesi live.
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim untuk menyusun konten menarik dan relevan yang meningkatkan engagement penonton.
  • Memonitor metrik kinerja (views, engagement, penjualan) dan membuat laporan untuk evaluasi serta peningkatan ke depannya.
  • Memastikan kualitas audio-visual serta menjaga interaksi aktif dengan penonton selama sesi berlangsung.
