HR and Accounts Admin

WFO Tanjung Duren, Jakarta Barat

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, leave, and payroll documentation.
• Process financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and reconcile accounting records and support budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and accounting standards.
• Assist in employee performance appraisals and coordinate training and development programs.
• Organize and maintain office supplies and documentation for HR and accounting activities.
• Support management in internal and external communications, including coordinating with external auditors or consultants.
• Handle general administrative tasks and provide ad-hoc support as required.
• Track and manage daily job activities/orders and compile for month end summary.
• Schedule payments for adhoc drivers after job order completion.

• Proficient in spoken and written English (active communication is a must).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with experience working in Singapore or with a Singaporean company.
• Familiarity with HR software and accounting systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and basic accounting principles.
• Previous experience in the transportation and logistics industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
