Requirements:
- Experience as HR Generalist: recruitment, legal aspects related to employment, payroll, taxes, including BPJS Health and BPJS Employment regulations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and people development.
- Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.
- Ability to create and analyze HR metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in Outsourcing Services.
- Experience working or collaborating with another country is a plus.
- Speaking English is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
Job Desc:
- Develop recruitment strategies, manage hiring processes, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Handle employee relations, foster a positive work environment, and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Plan and deliver training programs, manage performance reviews, and encourage employee development.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
- Lead the HR team, use HR data for decision-making, and align HR strategies with business goals.
- Enhance the company's branding on social media as a campaign for recruitment.
