HR Generalist Manager

Requirements:

• Experience as HR Generalist: recruitment, legal aspects related to employment, payroll, taxes, including BPJS Health and BPJS Employment regulations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and people development.
• Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.
• Ability to create and analyze HR metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Experience in Outsourcing Services.
• Experience working or collaborating with another country is a plus.
• Speaking English is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
