Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in Psychology (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Willing to be placed on-site at PIK 2
- Highly interested in learning and developing a career in Human Resources, especially Recruitment
- Able to start immediately
- End-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Exposure to HR operations in a dynamic and supportive environment
- Real experience in candidate assessments and talent acquisition strategies
- Daily meals provided by the company
- Trasnport Allowance IDR 100.000/day
- Performance review after 3 months with the opportunity to be promoted to full-time staff
