We’re looking for a passionate and proactive HR People Partner to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and team members to drive people initiatives, support employee growth and engagement, and ensure a strong alignment between our people strategy and business goals.

Job Description

  • Promote a culture of employee engagement and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and well-being.
  • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support the organization's growth and development by providing expertise in change management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Maintain positive employee relations, address employee concerns, and ensure a fair and respectful workplace. Mediate conflicts and guide on employee issues

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, or a related field.
  • Typically, 2-3 years of progressive experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on HR business partnering, employee relations, and strategic HR functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to analyze complex HR issues, provide solutions, and make informed decisions.
  • The ability to build relationships, collaborate with various stakeholders, and influence change.
  • Willing to hybrid work at Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
