Job Description

  • Managed fulfilment manpower as operation needed by coordination with third party fulfilment (BPO) in order to achieve team goals and grading BPO and daily workers target
  • Prepare administrative requirements and follow Issuance Flow Process (Verbal Warning, Warning Letter & Termination) as SOP until issuance process finished
  • Review and resolve Legal/Industrial Relations Issues, fraud issue, or other violations from BPO and daily with according to Memorandum of understanding third party fulfilment (BPO)
  • Control and monitoring to ensure security CCTV functions and responsibilities are carried out according to procedures (daily monitoring CCTV and work with stakeholders related to CCTV changes in the Warehouse)
  • Along with security vendors, to establish effective and appropriate communication with external interested parties (community organizations, police, army, local government apparatus)
  • Provide information, assistance and solutions related to People matters to stakeholders, in order to ensure that every business decision made are already considering the HR point of view
  • Collaborate with respective reporting manager for PIP process and prepare WL when needed
  • Carry out the necessary improvement project related to HRBP matters to provide some corrective and preventive action
  • Close collaboration with HR project and LOD related the HPC support and their implementation planning
  • Develop the SOP and WI related to HR matters and getting along with the stakeholders for the implementation
  • Close monitor fraud management and conflict of interest collaboration with stakeholder that related with fraud case

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of working experience in related roles within the space of tech, e-commerce, FMCG or management consulting (with corporate experience) industries.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented environment where a high degree of flexibility is required.
  • Ability to multitask with great structure and comfortable with multiple tracking systems to improve efficiency and tracing progress.
  • Driven and motivated
  • Excellent communication capability
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar) and familiarity with survey tools.
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
