PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a Japanese New Established IT Company, who is looking for HRGA Manager Japanese Speaker to be placed in Jakarta.

Job Description:

• Act as a liaison between the local team and the Japanese headquarters to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Provide expert advice on human resources and labor management policies, including drafting and implementing company regulations.
• Support the recruitment of IT professionals to build a highly skilled team aligned with the company’s growth goals.
• Oversee and manage general administrative functions to support daily operations and the company’s development.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a positive work environment that aligns with company culture and values.
• Contribute to the establishment and growth of the organization, aiming to scale to a 20-member team within three years.

Requirements:

• (Must) Work experience as a HRGA in IT Industry
• Have JLPT N1/N2 or can speak Japanese in Business Level is mandatory
