Position Summary We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR daily activities Role and Responsibilities
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling online & onsite test and interviews
  • Provide support in the preparation of recruitment-related documentation and reports
  • Support other HR administrative tasks, e.g. Training, and other HR activities
  • Support content for company social media
Skills and Qualifications
  • Final Year Student (with no class attends), currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related areas. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Open for for 1 year internship period
  • Passion for the HR area
  • Able to speak English
  • Able to operate Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Willing to Work from Office Monday - Friday
  • Able to use design tools (Canva / Photoshop)
