We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Operation System Support Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various appliction development, enhancement, and testing activities to ensure seamless project execution.

Key reponsibilities:

1. Conduct UAT, identify, and report issues encountered during UAT to ensure quality standards are met.

2. Assist in assessing and gathering requirements for projects and application development or enhancement activities.

3. Maintain and organize documentation for all UAT and application development/enhancement activities.

4. Follow up on incomplete or missing documents required for UAT and application development projects.


Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications:

  • Available and willing to start a 6-month internship in February 2025
  • A recently graduated (within the past 3 months as of February 2025) majoring in Computer Science, Information System, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and its role in software develompent life cycles.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices for handling sensitive information.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thingking skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to workflows.
  • Willing to be present and work on-site at the office.
