Placement: Tangerang (PT. Bumitangerang Mesindotama/BT Cocoa)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with instrumentation and control systems to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Manage projects related to instrumentation and control systems, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with other departments and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity and reliability.
• Manage and execute maintenance plan for EIA related equipment quickly and correctly to ensure high availability of the machine and achieve high MTBF
• Manage and execute CCP and OPRP checklist, verification, and calibration according to schedule, timely and technically correct to ensure zero complain
• Ensure the job execution according to Work instruction and training and define the gaps between job execution and work instruction
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all instrumentation and control systems, including schematics, manuals, and maintenance records.
• Perform RCA to ensure all breakdown root cause are well analysis and execution the improvement for the root cause
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics/Electrical Engineering
• 5 years experience in instrument and automation (power generation, manufacturing, Oil, Energy sector, etc)
• Strong understanding of electrical, instrumentation, and automation principles, theories, and practices.
• Knowledge of Instrumentation, Automation, PLC, SCADA, Control System, Maintenance management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred: having Instrument & Calibration Certification (BNSP)
