Investor Relation

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in business/ finance/ accounting/ Etc.
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, corporate secretary or a related field.
• Familiar with investor community and exposure in capital markets as well as capital market regulation.
• Prior experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Banking is an advantageous.
• Proficient in creating and analyzing financial model with good analytical skills.
• Must demonstrate extremely strong communication in Arab or English is a mush (verbal, written, graphic), as well as the ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Proven track record in developing presentation materials for investors and senior management.
• Ability to convey strategic and financial messages in written materials, presentations, financial models and data analysis.
• Have an excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Active Communication - this is a must as you'll be interacting directly with clients.

Job Description:

• Managing information related to Investors
• Organizing conference meetings and investor meetings
• Controlling the management of external and internal communications strategy with all stakeholders to openly and accountably deliver news from the Company, while maintaining its positive image.
• Monitoring developments and regulatory changes occurring in capital markets, as well as providing recommendations and advice to the Board of Directors related to the developmental impact of these changes on the Company and the implementation of these changes within the Company.
• Presenting regular financial reports, along with annual report, etc as well as providing reports on the Company's website and announcements of full year financial statements and half year financial statements in newspapers with national distribution.
• Presenting the Company’s development to the public through an open information report by way of Press, websites, and other information channels available to the Company.
• Engage in the due diligence process in gathering information regarding business processes, operations, and financial aspects to be used as a basis for information in the preparation of a Prospectus that is used in the process of issuing equity or debt securities, through intensive discussions, field visits, and document studies.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuations, and risk assessments.
